Courier pickup times are Monday - Friday, orders placed after 3pm are usually shipped the next day

International Air 3-10 Working Days
Please note international Air is our free service we provide to our Australian customers and it's a semi tracked service with no signature required, so you accept responsibility once it's been delivered within reason. We recommend for more expensive orders you use the international courier service.
International Courier 2 -6 Working Days (Premier Service $15.00)
If you order is a high value we strongly recommended paying the extra for this service as you have the peace of mind of knowing your mail is tracked until it reaches its destination and a signature is collected on delivery.
*NZ Post Shipping estimates are based on worldwide delivery, because it's only going as far as Australia it is expected to be faster than the estimates.
Other International Shipping
At this stage we only provide shipping to Australia and within New Zealand.
Damaged Goods/Lost Items
In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods and require a refund, please contact us with your claim and we will endeavour to either replace the product(s) or provide you with a refund. Claims must be received within 7 days of receipt of goods.
We recommend selecting signature requirement at the checkout. If you are not home at the time of delivery we recommend getting it sent to your work place. If you select no signature requirement then your order will be left in the mailbox or on your door step or where the courier see's appropriate. If you select no signature requirement then you accept all responsibility if your order is stolen after delivery, which is why we recommend a signature. If you select no signature requirement and un-tick the 'Authority to Leave' box then your order will be sent with a signature requirement.
Please note: Shipping estimates may vary. We reserve the right to reject any order addressed to a PO box or a Parcel Pod.
