A Single Protein Source Isn’t Always Enough
Fast-digesting proteins are ideal for post-workout nutrition, as that’s the key time you want muscle-feeding nutrients to get into your bloodstream as quickly as possible. However, when you’re stuck without a meal for several hours, or while sleeping, you want a protein source that’s slow-digesting in order to feed your muscle tissue constantly.
Controlled Protein Absorption Gives Full-Time Muscle Growth
With SAN’s 6-Stage Fast & Controlled Multi-Dispersed Protein Matrix, there’s no need to choose between a fast-digesting or slow-digesting protein source when you can get it all in METAFORCE 5.0.
The SPI-90, hydrolyzed whey protein isolate and micro-filtered whey protein concentrate in METAFORCE 5.0 assure rapid absorption into the bloodstream, shuttling key anabolic and anti-catabolic nutrients into your system as fast as possible.
The slower absorption of the micellar casein, caseinate and milk protein isolate in METAFORCE 5.0 trickle feed your muscles for several hours after ingestion, so along with the high content of essential fatty acids, you’ve got long-term coverage for all your hard-earned muscle.
METAFORCE 5.0 provides a precise blend of fast- and slow-release proteins for round-the-clock muscle building.*
hands down the worst tasting protein i've ever had in my entire life i ordered 10lb of some thing else because this tasted so terrible, On tth eup side its got 26G of protein and 4.4G of BCAA per scoop... but tastes like shit
Tastes like Vanilla UP&GO with a grainy and plant aftertaste.
Contains soy protein...but studies show it doesn\\\'t harm men that train.
Cleanish profile with no spiking.
130 cals -26g protein.
$69.95 from Xplosiv...so its a win!
Recently bought a tub of San force whey rockey road. After reading the macros for it and was amazed how low the sugar content for it . Thought this sounds very ideal for me since I carefully check the sugar content in the foods that I buy. First time that I used was very impressed on how easy it mixes in my shaker plus the taste of it is pretty good value as well. Would give this whey a sold 10/10
26g protein per serve and 2g carb, only 13 cals? Perfect. The Choc Rocky Road doesn't much taste like rocky road, but it is an interesting and actually pretty more-ish flavour. Under $90 for a tub and comes with a free shaker at the time of this review.
Bought some of this because of the price, all I saw was 26g protein a serve, a blend and great amount of servings. Unfortunately I didn't look at the label properly and realise the first and main ingredient is Soy protein! Would never buy a product with soy protein in it so my fault. This product mixes well and is great value but tastes discussing! Worst tasting protein I've tried, disappointed its not marketed clearer that it is mainly a soy protein + blend. Love SANS casein but this is disappointing
Over all looking at 9/10
Based on formula + taste + price per serve.
SAN has been flying under the NZ radar for over a decade while available in the USA so pleased to finally give this a crack!
MetaForce is priced really well- $89
for 67 serves is amazing value.
I choose Rocky Road and it mixed easily in water- no lumps.
Texture is nice but different- due to the flaxseed and casein I guess.
26 grams of pure protein
No filler/ spiking
Everything is listed and Ive always liked blends.
6 Sources of proteins make it ideal as meal replacement as you feel satisifed for hours.
Flaxseed for omega fats is a great addition.
Need to try Vanilla Almond next!!!
I've had a few serves today, 3 heaped scoops and have had NO GAS!
Thats gotta be a first since 3 HEAPED scoops = 80+ grams of protein
