Standard creatine monohydrate. Powdery flavour, low mixability, low absorption.
My personal experience when taking this is there was not a noticeable difference in my lifts.
Some benefits are the lack of a need of a loading phase for monohydrate.
However there is a low absorption rate and bioavailability of monohydrate compared to EEC, which is better absorbed and utilized by the body for ATP synthesis.
These are my opinions and some people may have experienced positive effects while taking this.
