You may be aware of the power of amino acids when consumed in appropriate doses have a heightened effect on muscle protein synthesis. Went through a tub of this after picking it up on special from Xplosiv. As other reviews note, it seriously clumps, leaving a fair bit on the inside of the shaker/lid to be scooped up with a finger - capsules might be a better bet. Taste is fine, doesn't taste of much. Unfortunately I didn't feel it did anything for me personally. There is a lot made of improved DOMS in the reviews below: I have never got bad DOMS myself, so didn't notice any difference there. Having said that I take a lot of glutamine (10g a day) and beta-alanine, both of which I credit with greatly improved recovery. So others may have more noticeable results on that front. I'm also wary of trying to evaluate effectiveness of these sorts of supps at the same time as making significant diet or training regime changes. Diet and training are always going to be 99% of the game so if you're changing things up on that front, any impact of a recovery supp is going to be lost in the noise. I made no such changes, so I'm pretty confident Bio-Gro had no noticeable impact for me.

I am now on my third tub of Bio-Grow, 2 scoops twice a day. First 3 weeks I noticed less DOMS and a massive increase in hunger.
I changed the amount of protein and carbs in my diet when I started the second tub and have just finished it, I have had massive strength gains in both my deadlift and squat, my bodyfat has dropped significantly.(no cardio)
To my suprise, my weight dropped from 108kg to 102kg in 2 months but my strength has continued to increase in all my lifts.
This product does what is says it does with some added benefits being the obvious drop in bodyfat and weight but increasing in strength.
without changing diet / other supplementation, I added PBs to my est. 1rms in the 531 routine (deadlift, squat, bench, mil press), I feel fuller in the upper body, I have added lean body mass. No real difference to recovery. I'm still skeptical about this product but after 6 weeks use I believe it's the goods, and lives up to its claims.
I've been on the fence with this product for awhile, ended up grabbing some for xplosiv on CZ's recommendation.
Wasn't planning on using some myself until CZ bought me a tub for xmas.. I usually get insane legs doms even with small leg sessions, So I put it to the test yesterday, I had the most intense leg workout in awhile and my legs arn't even swore today..
So yup this is the real deal.. They call it muscle fertilizer for a reason!
