Gaspari Aminolast... The best BCAA on the market in my opinion.
The flavour of the Lemon Ice is amazing, mix it with any pre workout and you're in for a treat!
The recovery was phenomenal on this product, I loved sipping it all throughout my workout.
I will recommend that you DO eat something with calories alongside this BCAA else you might not absorb it properly.
The formula is a solid all round BCAA profile, covers all bases.
Will be buying again. Might change flavour to see how the other ones are :)
Enough said about the formula below. Lemon ice flavour is great, mix with vanilla protein powder in a post-workout shake to boost BCAAs and halt catabolism, and it tastes just like a Fruju Tropical Snow (what happened to those...). Post workout this stuff really gave me a refreshing boost, almost as if it was cooling me down somehow. However now I use it mainly as a BCAA sipper to stave off catabolism during long heavy anaerobic workouts - plenty of glucogenic as well as ketogenic aminos, and far easier to take when you're breathing hard than the usual enormous BCAA tablets, and (presumably, mixed in liquid) much quicker to absorb. Bottom line - excellent product, great value, one of my 'must haves'.
So far ive tried the lemon-lime,watermelon and the strawberry and kiwifruit.ALL of them being yum.watermelon being my fav.
4.5g of leucine 2.5 of which is peptide form.
Main component i bought this is the LOLA for ammonia etc
Recovery was good and picked up my mood.
i love this stuff.
So I tried the kiwi strawberry flavour tasted
It really helped me focus during my intense
Sessions, also helped with my energy levels
Overall I think this supplement is the best BCAA
I've used, and highly recommend it.
Never used to use product whilst training but have found amino energy to be one of the top supports for pre and post workout. Keeps me out of my catabolic state till i have enough time to prep my meal. Strongly advise to fgive this product a try
Not sure if i was drinking a BCCA supplement or a liquidized version of startburst's sucks watermelon flavour. I dont know how Gaspiri did it, but this would have had to be one of the best tasting BCCA formula ive had, tasted exactly like a watermelon lollipop. The only downful is that it may be to sweet for some. I mixed mine with almost double the recommended amount of water and the flavour profile was near perfect, not to sweet not under done.
Consistency was pretty good, mixed fast and easily with no clumps or leftover powder. Went down smooth, no grittiness feeling or what not. the only down full was the mount of head froth, which didn't decrease much overtime and a small amount of the froth remained after.
A well dosed product. Per 14grams you are getting 10grams of BCAAs and 1g of electrolytes, which doesnt leave much room for any fullers or un needed crap.
Has a decent amount of Leucine 2.5g, which is around the recommend dosage for a good intra-workout. Aswell as Leucine Peptides which have been showing to have a faster adsorbing rate into the muscle, making way for better recovery and muscle synthesis.
Overall a very good product, the flavour really sold it for me, have tried kiwi strawberry in the past and have to say it would be a close equal to watermelon. Is a Well dosed formula with little to no fillers and consistency is near perfect only downfall was the foam.
Mix ability 8/10
I had kiwi strawberry, SO yum! Really helped through intense cardio workout and helped my concentration.
Had a couple of free samples of the orange flavour
Taste – 6/10 Didnt like this tasted like an old disolved vitamin C tablet
Consistency – 7/10 Mixed well bright bright orange colour nuclear yellow
Formula – 8/10 lots of aminos not sure it did anything though
Overall score – 8/10
Ok product will have to try other flavors orange was terrible would not recommend. Mixed well and did as advertised. Try it but not orange flavor.
Taste - 9.5/10 - Watermelon Blast
Smells like watermelon, tastes like watermelon. It's a tad on the sweet side but I reckon it tastes really good!
Consistency - 9/10
I used 9oz of cold water as recommended. Tried to mix with a fork but didn't work very well ended up using my SmartShaker, gave it a 10 second shake. Frothy but all good.
Formula - 9.5/10
10G of free form BCAA's (the type that's proven to work), 1G Electrolytes. No pointless filler ingredients.
Overall score - 9/10
A good tasting BCAA product that delivers exactly what you want from the product without anything else.

Um where do I start.flavours are great, eccept the lemon/lime.to sour.BUT when you mix it in a bottle with your electrolytes and your lungs are screaming and hearts poping out your ears in a race not good I burped and opps made a mess. Its great after uve finished, but MP aminos site better for me in a high intence race
My first time trying anything with BCAAs. Let's rip that sucker open!
Oooh! Ok time to add the water.
This pic is no stirring; just the water added.
BOOM! Helloooooo Strawberry Kiwi!
Since I've never taken anything like this before, it was hard to know what to expect. So all I can really tell you is this:
Gaspari make some fine ass products and haven't let me down yet. My fave supp brand at this point.
Strawberry Kiwi flavour blew my mind. DELISH. Wanted to buy this in a can or something
Easy to mix, although even though I stirred like crazy, there were still a few tiny little chunks and as I got to the bottom of the glass, I was greeted by little unmixed clumps. Kinda made me do a face like when you eat a sour candy.
Formula? (Let's just give it a nice high 9 since it's Gaspari)
Please. I try to read the labels but there's too many things I don't even know what they are yet. I know it's packed full of goodness though.
Performance factor 9/10
Today was my first day back in the gym for a week. Strictly cardio today, no weights, but just a run. As I have only recently started running, and haven't run for a week, I figured I would probably only last maybe 30 mins, and at a slow pace at that. I felt good today and like I could keep going. I ran at a faster pace than normal and got to an hour before slowing to a walk (some of you may scoff at this, but I was a fatty who never ran in her life until 3 months ago, so this is progress). Could've kept going but time constraints on my day meant I had to leave. I also didn't feel as shattered afterward. Just felt really good.
Will definitely be buying some when finances allow and would be interested to see longer term effects from taking this, rather than one time with one run. Heck, I'd buy this stuff for the flavour alone!
Me rikey. Gimme Gimme Gimme More.
Annie G out.
I would definitely be intrigued to see what the other flavours are like in this product. Strawberry Kiwi etc....
However flavour aside, this looks like a good product to me. Price is solid for a quality BCAA. Would consider rotating this as my BCAA.
Thanks for Xplosiv for the sample.
Had the orange flavour, tasted good. Have sipped on it during the day and it's sound at keeping you calm / cortisol down
Have watermelon and strawberry kiwi flavour and it was so nice. easy to mix. nice to take specially on a weight + cardio day.
I had the strawberry Kiwi flavour and it was brilliant. I bit lighter than some BCAA's. Brought me back from a low day too. Great stuff.
This is a great product. Tastes good, mixes well, formula is on par with alot of other top BCAA products and so is the price. Strawberry kiwi flavour tastes reeeeeaaalll niiiice and it mixes so much better than xtend which I have been using for the past 3 months. It's definitely my go to BCAA now.
This stuff is quite delicious! To the point where I just wanted to drink it like soda, expensive soda at that rate! But it's damn good stuff and well worth the investment.
Have watermelon and strawberry kiwi flavours, its like drinking a just juice or something so good! My recovery in the last 2 weeks has just kept going up. Im using up to 4 scoops a day as I am lifting extremly heavy with over load sets and its definitely helping. Love dem BCAAS :D
Using the lemon ice at the moment.. But have tried the strawberry kiwi before and is definitely the best amino acid product I've used to date as the flavoring is outstanding and unique in the strawberry kiwi and I really recommend it.
AminoLAST Lemon Ice flavour
I used 1 full scoop to 500ml. I've had Kiwi Strawberry before which I really enjoyed. Lemon is very different- more citrus than sweet but both appeal to me. I just like to change every time to diff flavour.
Lemon seems very refreshing- kind of reminds me of MiZone but with zero carbs and 10g of Aminos ;)
Initially after the first heavy shake it seemed very foamy! But this dissappeared after a few minutes and you dont notice as you drink from a shaker. I poured it into a glass in the image to show.
The new cleaner look Gaspari is using appeals to me. And "Just the Facts" sections without all the BS is great. I took a shot as the scoop was easy to locate and has long handle making scooping a breeze.
Prior to this, I had been using SizeON most of Autumn/ Winter and maintained a solid 5kgs above my base weight. But with summer approaching I had switched to Inner Armour Mtor over Spring (thats a pretty cheap BCAA + glutamine powder for drink) as my intra. And sometimes adding in my daily water and pre-workout. While I usually use it to prevent catabolism during training or empty stomach cardio, I am terrible at consuming enough water over the course of a day so this makes it easy to knock over more.
One major diff I noticed immediately with AminoLAST is actual performance improvement over Mtor. This was most noticable during my leg day doing the DTP session (anyone who knows this- it has enormous volume). I presumme it must be the LOLA that is also in SizeON as I found my endurance and general time to failure was enhanced. Even with that incredible intensity, the product stayed settled in my stomach. Big plus.
Overall score 8/10
Another solid formula from Gaspari that does the job, keeps you hydrated and prevents catabolism. The boost in endurance and energy is a huge plus and the fact I can drink more water throughout gives it a decent score. Looking forward to trying the watermelon flav next!
Been a fan of bcaas for a while now, comes in very handy with my intermittent fasting workouts.
This is one of the nicer onces I've tried (Watermellon), on par with xtend and aminoX (hated purple wraath).
It can clump a wee bit, but bcaas do that, so just give it time to mix.
Solid 10g of bcaa per serve, I'm actually just doing half serves to make it last, and even then sometimes I mix it with my creacore for convenience.
Got the usual suspect bcaas plus some fancy jazz gaspari have thrown in to help with the effectiveness. Really nice stuff and will be using again (keen to try the kiwi/strawberry flav)
